Do "goodness" with your legs.

From the cyclist in me : As a new training season begins (as yours probably ends)  and honestly I am a bit tired of obessing about speed and PRs  ..seems very superficial now. Somehow we end up measuring our lives by our miles like only that makes us "good".  I am putting myself in an unconfortable position by training now in shorter distances where my short frame is not the best fit but it is the way to grow as a cyclist , and in every other aspect of life too. Stretching my capabilities.
My other key objective is help grow the sport hopefully with more women riding. I like to think doing goodness with my legs. Let the show begin.
